VP of Finance - Remote

Overview

As our VP of Finance you will oversee the financial and operational activities of the organization. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be a trusted advisor to executive leadership on strategic financial decisions and serve as an analytical partner across the entire organization.

In Short

• Take ownership of Seso’s overall corporate budget.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and risk management strategies.
• Provide analytical leadership for fundraising decisions.
• Advise executive team on compliance matters.
• Develop ROI-based framework for evaluating headcount and operational investments.
• Drive P&L ownership at department levels.
• Define KPI metrics for accurate measurement.
• Lead Finance and Accounting team in budget updates.
• Attract, develop, and retain a high performing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; Master’s degree a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Finance Leadership role.
• Previous Private Equity, Investment Banking or Consulting experience.
• Strong negotiating skills and ability to influence others.
• Sound judgment with a high level of integrity.
• Experience managing remote teams.
• Interested in continuously improving processes.
• Growth-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial management style.
• Ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
• Organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
