Overview

The Seso Customer Success team is growing, and we’re on the hunt for a Customer Success Manager to increase adoption, build relationships, and drive coordination with our customers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a start-up environment and will exercise extreme ownership.

In Short

  • Manage a territory of growers and farm labor contractors using Seso products and services.
  • Be the main point of contact for key stakeholders in HR, Finance, and Operations.
  • Drive high renewal rates and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Operations teams.
  • Establish a strategy for driving usage of Seso.
  • Own the renewal process with an eye toward upsell and expansion.
  • Advocate for customers and provide creative solutions to challenges.
  • Listen to customers to understand their business challenges.
  • Keep stakeholders and systems updated.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Requirements

  • 3-8 years of customer success experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ownership over outcomes.
  • Proven track record of success in process management.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Superior communication skills across levels and organizations.
  • Experience in agribusiness or similar industries is preferred.
