Overview

The VP of Finance is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all financial aspects for the Aspen Skiing Company division, playing a critical role in developing and implementing financial strategies to support the organization’s long-term growth and profitability.

• Lead the development and execution of the company's financial planning process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10-15 years of progressively responsible financial experience.
• Strong history of leading budgets and forecasts.
• Experience in consumer-facing Resort/Hospitality or related industries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Expertise in financial modeling and reporting.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools.
