Senior Manager, AI Program Management - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager, AI Program Management leads the planning, execution, and operational management of Aspen One’s enterprise AI capability. This role is responsible for building the program from the ground up which includes standing up the intake and prioritization process, managing a portfolio of AI projects, driving cross-functional adoption, and ensuring that AI investments translate into measurable business value.

In Short

• Own and manage the AI project portfolio from intake through delivery.
• Build and maintain the program’s operational infrastructure.
• Manage project budgets and timelines.
• Facilitate regular project reviews and steering committee updates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business teams engaging with the AI program.
• Lead requirements gathering and discovery sessions.
• Facilitate the change management approach for AI adoption.
• Track and report on adoption metrics.
• Ensure all AI tools are reviewed through established processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, or related field.
• Seven or more years of experience in program management or related field.
• Three or more years of experience working directly with AI or emerging technology initiatives.
• One year of people leadership or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
