Overview

The Senior Sourcing Program Manager is a vital member of the Sourcing Center of Excellence team within the Global Sourcing organization, responsible for developing long-term processes and leading multiple projects to ensure competitiveness.

  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Change Management techniques.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Broad supply chain experience.
  • Ability to build partnerships and influence leaders.
  • Attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience in risk management.
