In Short

• Lead and drive the development and implementation of AI/ML models and algorithms to drive innovation across the AI within our water products
• Create the technical strategic vision for data science within water products
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams across the organization to identify and prioritize high-impact use cases for AI/ML applications
• Drive rapid prototyping efforts, focusing on learning from experiments, iterating on solutions
• Demonstrate innovative and creative thinking to develop novel AI/ML approaches and solutions
• Partner with product teams to embed AI/ML model solutions into physical and digital products
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and feature engineering to extract valuable insights and improve model performance
• Identify key insights from large data sources and communicate them effectively
• Partner with our ML engineering team to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions
• Continuously monitor and optimize AI/ML models for accuracy and performance

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models
• Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks
• Experienced in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
• Experience with big data technologies and cloud computing platforms
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact AI/ML projects
• Hands-on experience leveraging the latest AI capabilities
