Overview

The Architectural Sales Representative manages architectural promotion to influence the design and specification process and position Fiberon’s products for use on commercial projects. This role is essential for increasing sales output and requires effective communication with architects, interior designers, and other decision-makers.

In Short

  • Manage architectural promotion to influence design and specifications.
  • Drive specification position for Fiberon’s cladding products.
  • Interface and build relationships with architects and design community.
  • Implement current sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain a project pipeline in CRM.
  • Present AIA/CES courses to architects.
  • Participate in trade shows and promotional activities.
  • Assist in product development and manage sales process through channels.
  • Track and document all activities in CRM.
  • Drive awareness around new product launches to achieve revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience in building materials.
  • Strong understanding of architectural specification processes.
  • Ability to self-manage and handle multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
  • Affiliations with CSI, CDT, AIA, LEED, or similar organizations.
  • Bachelor's Degree (nice to have).
  • Experience in the Consumer/Durable Goods industry (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Hubspot (nice to have).
