Overview

The National Account Manager will oversee an account base, aiming to achieve assigned sales revenue and margin targets while managing the designated area within the expense budget. Sales growth will be driven through maintaining and expanding existing business, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and actively pursuing new business opportunities.

In Short

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly, semi-annual, and annual sales and profitability targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key influencers at each assigned account.
  • Act as a liaison between FBIN Security and account base, collaborating with teams across various departments.
  • Manage independent manufacturer sales reps to develop relationships with synergistic business partners.
  • Assist in planning, creating, and delivering comprehensive product line review presentations.
  • Optimize product transition costs and logistics.
  • Communicate key initiatives impacting the forecast and participate in monthly forecast meetings.
  • Utilize store visits and data resources to gain insights into competitors' strategies.
  • Serve as a resource for information on key customer initiatives within FBIN Security.
  • Manage category-wide initiatives and rollouts, coordinating with applicable customer teams.

Requirements

  • 5 - 7 years of experience selling to large retail accounts.
  • Experience with clubs, preferably Costco.
  • Knowledge of POS metrics and ability to use data for growth.
  • Ability/desire to manage business unit and cross-functional projects.
  • Ownership mindset regarding customer accounts and daily priorities.
