Overview

The National Accounts Manager will be responsible for cultivating relationships and improving the revenue and profitability of existing and new National Accounts, while developing customer strategies to achieve Tremco's sales and profit plan.

  • Lead and mentor team members aligned to the National Accounts program.
  • Conduct customer meetings and presentations.
  • Participate in tradeshows and industry networking events.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly reports on activities.
  • Ensure alignment with Tremco’s goals and strategies.
  • Must have experience in developing large corporate accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four or five-year college or university.
  • Four to seven years of related experience.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills.
  • Ability to present to large groups.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Team selling and leadership experience.
  • Self-starter with innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work across various divisions.
  • Technically savvy and able to leverage technology effectively.
