Overview

As a National Builder Account Manager for our Therma-Tru, Larson, and Fypon brands, you will drive growth and profit for the business through the management of all interfaces with the key accounts of our National Builders.

In Short

  • Direct account responsibility for National Builder locations in the eastern half of the United States
  • Implement National Builder Account strategy and communicate to all appropriate stakeholders
  • Coordinate with other National Account Managers and field sales to manage strategy implementation
  • Work with sales and financial teams to develop pricing and programs
  • Maximize growth and profitability of the National Builder Program
  • Lead contract negotiations with National Builder Accounts
  • Develop and implement account plans for key customers
  • Represent brands at regional and national builder associations
  • Comfortable having challenging conversations with customers

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience managing national accounts in building products
  • Familiarity with market forces affecting business and builders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Experience with account management and planning
  • Knowledgeable in generating and negotiating pull-thru programs
  • Proven track record of growing sales
