Overview

As a National Accounts Manager (NAM) at 48forty Solutions, you will retain existing customers and grow new business by developing and cultivating strong customer relationships with our Key Account Customers.

In Short

  • Responsible for customer facing relationships at all levels of our national accounts.
  • Build and maintain a mindset of becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Meet or exceed retention, growth, and profitability targets.
  • Develop and execute business plans for assigned customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and quantify new opportunities within the account.
  • Work closely with onboarding new accounts.
  • Develop presentations for account specific communication plans.
  • Forecast and track sales revenues and activities.
  • Coordinate quarterly business reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or similar focus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B outside sales/account management.
  • Demonstrated experience in Supply Chain industry preferred.
  • Solid cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to present formally and informally.
  • Able to adapt to frequent changes and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Formal sales training preferred.
  • Able to travel within the United States up to 50%.
