We are truly Pallet Management Made Simple, our workforce is the heart and soul of our business, and we’re looking for our next few Regional Business Development Managers to join our team!

In Short

  • Identify, engage, and sell new customer business and convert lost business.
  • Build a book of $3M-$5M annually.
  • Focus on relationship building, customer retention, and incremental growth.
  • Develop and manage leads resulting in $3-$5M in new business sales annually.
  • Maintain a diverse and balanced pipeline with at least $20M in new growth opportunities.
  • Represent 48forty at various tradeshows and industry events.
  • Travel daily to identify, close, and cultivate sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a regional or national sales position.
  • Experience in Logistics, Industrial Packaging, Transportation, or Pallet/Container industries preferred.
  • Proven experience with account management and client relations in B2B sales.
  • Superior computer skills (MS Office and CRM) are mandatory.
