In Short

  • The National Accounts Manager is responsible for developing and managing relationships with key national accounts, including hospital systems, group purchasing organizations (GPOs), integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and other strategic partners.
  • This role will drive sales growth, negotiate contracts, and ensure strong customer relationships to expand market presence and revenue.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business within key national accounts.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to implement account-specific strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Partner with marketing and product management teams to meet customer needs.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and customer meetings.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% to meet with key accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in medical device sales, with at least 3 years managing national accounts.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing large-scale contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system.
  • Outstanding track record of achieving and exceeding milestones.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Compliance with relevant county, state, and Federal rules regarding vaccinations.
