In Short

• Primary contact for customers, sales, and internal teams.
• Responsible for customer order fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with various departments for new account setup.
• Manage customer equipment records and facilitate upgrades.
• Investigate and process credits, debits, and returns.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Document customer interactions as per SOPs.
• Support process improvements and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience.
• Remote work location (West Coast).
• Excellent interpersonal and phone etiquette skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
• Netsuite, SalesForce, QuickBooks experience preferred.
• Medical device experience required.
