Academic Engagement Manager - Remote

Overview

The Academic Engagement Manager supports the execution of Calyxo’s professional education and physician engagement programs across academic training programs, peer-to-peer initiatives, and society meetings. This role partners cross-functionally to coordinate educational programs for residents, fellows, emerging faculty, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).

In Short

• Collaborate with the Director, Professional Education to support physician engagement initiatives.
• Support educational grant initiatives, including preparing and submitting grant applications.
• Collaborate with program administrators to support educational initiatives.
• Develop and maintain academic program profiles.
• Partner with field teams to execute local educational initiatives.
• Assist with management of speaker logistics and agreements.
• Monitor agendas for local and regional meetings.
• Attend physician presentations to capture feedback and insights.
• Develop relationships with KOLs in the endourology field.
• Support program planning and execution for HCP educational programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of experience in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in medical devices or healthcare education.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Urology experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel 30–40%.
• Proficiency with PC-based office computers.
• Experience with video editing and Adobe Premiere preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license.
