Overview

The Engagement Manager will lead the implementation journey of tokenization projects based on Hadron for institutional clients, acting as the primary technical and business point of contact throughout onboarding and early operations.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in technical account management or project management.
• Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations.
• Excellent communication skills, translating technical concepts for stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams.
• Ability to track and manage technical project timelines.
• English proficiency is mandatory.
• Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure is a plus.
• Experience with fintech or institutional financial infrastructure is desirable.
• Basic programming knowledge is a nice to have.
• Detail-oriented and collaborative in a remote environment.
