Overview

The Manager, Engagement at EVERSANA is responsible for the successful delivery of client programs in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare sectors, leading engagement teams and enhancing business operations.

In Short

• Lead commercial analytics engagement teams and manage client relationships.
• Plan and organize engagement teams for insightful analyses and recommendations.
• Deliver high-quality deliverables in collaboration with the Offshore team.
• Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships.
• Develop proposals for new projects in partnership with senior leadership.
• Recruit and develop staff members, coaching them in their roles.
• Contribute to data & analytics practice development and intellectual capital.
• Manage external relationships with clients and vendors.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution in a relevant field.
• 6+ years in Commercial Analytics or Healthcare consulting.
• Experience leading commercial analytics teams and client engagements.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Strong client relationship-building skills.
• Experience in proposal development for new projects.
• Knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market.
