Overview

The Remote – based Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) - Rare Disease will serve as a vital role to the EVERSANA client partnership by meeting and exceeding assigned territory sales goals.

In Short

  • Establish working relationships with assigned Health Care Providers and Support Staff.
  • Communicate information on client’s product and educate Customers on patient assistance programs.
  • Complete assigned product training at an advanced level.
  • Meet or exceed call expectations and sales attainment goals.
  • Maintain database entries on targeted customer calls.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to team leadership.
  • Comply with all company and regulatory policies.
  • Work independently from a remote home office.
  • Cultivate assigned virtual territory and be accountable for measurable results.
  • Occasional travel required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in outbound Virtual/Tele-sales.
  • Experience in rare disease is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Excellent communication and rapport building skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex clinical data.
  • Stable internet connection for VoIP calls.
  • Familiarity with Sales Force Automation (SFA) application preferred.
