The Director, Legal & Compliance Business Enablement and Analytics is a senior business enablement leader embedded within the Chief Legal and Compliance Office, responsible for enhancing operational discipline, expanding execution capacity, and improving enterprise transparency.

Requirements

• MBA or equivalent business training.
• 10-12 years of experience in legal or compliance operations.
• Strong background in operations, analytics, and executive reporting.
• Experience in complex, regulated environments.
• Ability to drive execution through influence.
• Advanced proficiency with analytics and reporting tools.
