HR Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst - Remote

Overview

The UKG Pro HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing EVERSANA’s UKG Pro HCM system across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and Onboarding modules. This role serves as a subject matter expert for system configuration, troubleshooting, and end-user support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience with UKG Pro.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
• Experience in HRIS processes and configuration.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate technical information.
• Experience with workflow configuration and security management.
• Hands-on experience with system administration.
• UKG Pro certifications or training preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in reporting tools.
