Overview

The Engagement Manager will serve as the main contact for assigned customers, ensuring proactive communication and building strong relationships to support customer success.

  • Manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer engagement or project management.
  • Strong understanding of RFP processes and customer success practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into business context.
  • Fluent in German and English.
