  • Collaborate with internal teams to keep solutions on track.
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks affecting client satisfaction.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Shape change management and user adoption strategies.
  • Represent company values in key moments.
  • Support pre-sales strategy and scoping conversations.
  • Travel as needed for workshops and account development.

Requirements

  • Experience in client-facing roles within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Strong project management skills, preferably with agile experience.
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable deliverables.
  • Experience facilitating end-user training and creating support documentation.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Confidence in managing priorities and timelines under pressure.
  • Track record of growing client relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S.
