As a Senior Engagement Manager, you’ll be the trusted guide for our clients—leading projects, building relationships, and making sure each engagement delivers tangible business value.

• Lead projects and ensure client success

Requirements

• Client-facing experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Strong project management skills, agile experience is a plus
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable deliverables
• Facilitate end-user training and support documentation
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Confidence in managing priorities and timelines
• Experience growing client relationships
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Salesforce certifications are a plus
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
