Overview

The Manager, ML Engagement Management is a critical role on our growing AI Expert Services team, responsible for leading the deployment of AI decisioning solutions for marketers.

In Short

• Lead the entire AI Deployment Lifecycle.
• Facilitate technical workshops with customers.
• Drive successful customer engagements and manage communications.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of project management or consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in leading workshops with senior-level stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate complex projects and build relationships.
• Proactive and resourceful mindset.
• Technical expertise in AI and machine learning.

• Experience in process engineering and strategy definition.
