Overview

As a Customer Success Manager in our Enterprise team, you will manage relationships with some of the world’s biggest brands, ensuring they achieve their objectives with Braze.

In Short

  • Own client renewals, retention and net retention targets.
  • Be the main point of contact and trusted advisor for customers.
  • Partner with Account Executives to enhance customer experience.
  • Drive feature adoption through shared Success Plans.
  • Build strong customer relationships and drive advocacy.
  • Analyze customer product usage to identify opportunities.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers through various communications.
  • Advocate for customers by synthesizing feedback for product development.
  • Provide education to maximize product usage and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless customer support.

Requirements

  • Passion for customer success and helping clients achieve goals.
  • Proven track record in customer success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with medium and large technology companies.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • High level of intellectual curiosity.
  • Experience managing complex accounts or projects.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Domain knowledge in SaaS, Mobile, APIs, or Marketing Automation.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in Customer Success or Project Management.
