In Short

• Build, maintain, and evolve internal infrastructure as a service platform.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define and implement IaaS products.
• Develop and maintain software services for custom infrastructure services.
• Manage incidents and be on a PagerDuty rotation.
• Improve infrastructure reliability via automation.
• Work on large-scale API-driven systems.
• Automate operational tasks to enhance workflow.
• Participate in retrospectives to improve systems.
• Collaborate across global remote teams.
• Document processes and deliver quickly.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Experience in application and systems observability.
• Experience with Kubernetes-based operators/custom resources.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and expectations.
• Strong collaborative skills.
• Desire to automate and solve challenges for software engineers.
• Strong understanding of systems, interfaces, and failure modes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record of delivering quality work.
• Enthusiastic attitude towards fixing issues.
