In Short

  • Manage a set of large enterprise accounts.
  • Improve customer satisfaction, application engagement, and retention.
  • Act as the primary contact for customers.
  • Perform onboarding of enterprise level customers.
  • Develop territory plans with cross-functional teams.
  • Execute data-driven enablement strategies.
  • Conduct periodic customer success reviews.
  • Provide expert guidance on using Smartsheet.
  • Identify new opportunities for customer engagement.
  • Maintain high retention and growth rates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience.
  • Ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical personnel.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers.
  • Experience with diverse customer accounts.
  • Passion for web-based technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
