Overview

Smartsheet is seeking change agents to join our West Coast Commercial Sales Team as an Account Executive. You will be responsible for increasing software sales and driving expansion across a territory of accounts.

In Short

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed quotas.
  • Execute a solution-based sales process.
  • Develop and prospect new business opportunities.
  • Leverage existing relationships to expand sales.
  • Articulate and demonstrate Smartsheet’s solutions.
  • Facilitate partnerships with Sales Engineers and other teams.
  • Create and maintain Joint Engagement Plans.
  • Maintain records in Salesforce.
  • Utilize sales enablement tools for territory planning.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full cycle sales experience.
  • 1+ years experience with Enterprise level accounts.
  • 3+ years of B2B customer relationship experience.
  • Experience managing a designated territory.
  • Ability to uncover upsell opportunities.
  • Data-driven sales approach.
  • Experience managing interactions with senior management.
  • Experience with CRM and power BI software.
  • Passion for working with new technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
