As a Customer Success Manager, Enterprise at CreatorIQ, you will be the strategic advisor to a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers, helping them achieve meaningful outcomes through their influencer marketing programs.

  • Act as the customer’s internal advocate.
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a strategic customer-facing role at a SaaS company.
  • Proven success managing business KPIs and customer advocacy metrics.
  • Skilled in building relationships across multiple levels.
  • Thrives on solving problems with customer-centric solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and proactive management.
  • Experienced in using customer data for strategic success.
  • Knowledgeable in influencer marketing trends (a plus).
  • Proficient in Salesforce, GSuite, Zoom, Slack, Notion, and Jira.
