Overview

The Executive Assistant & Co-Working Space Coordinator provides high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and CFO while ensuring the seamless management of office facilities and logistics in support of the Chief People Officer (CPO).

In Short

  • Provide executive administrative support to CEO and CFO.
  • Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate internal meetings and company-wide events.
  • Handle executive travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Process and track executive expenses.
  • Create and process purchase orders for operational expenses.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and key stakeholders.
  • Assist in workspace coordination and office logistics.
  • Ensure timely payments for co-working spaces.
  • Maintain and update office-related resources.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in executive administration and office management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and expense management platforms.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
