Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Varicent, you will assist customers in realizing business value by leveraging Varicent’s tools, focusing on driving success planning, adoption, and expansion activities.

In Short

  • Serve as the main point of contact between customers and Varicent.
  • Represent customer advocacy in product, marketing, and sales processes.
  • Lead renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Create value for customers by defining business outcomes.
  • Manage success planning at the program level.
  • Drive high usage of Varicent products.
  • Build relationships with Business Decision Makers.
  • Engage customers from onboarding to value realization.
  • Orchestrate collaboration with internal and external teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in building strategic success plans.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with customer success tools like Salesforce.
  • Adaptable mindset and self-motivated attitude.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and managing renewals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or Finance preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
