Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in SaaS sales or business development.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed prospecting KPIs.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • A proactive mindset and desire to learn about Sales Performance Management.
  • Ability to adapt based on performance insights.
  • Exposure to MEDDICC or similar sales frameworks.
  • Experience working with marketing teams.
  • Previous experience in software/SaaS sales targeting enterprise clients.
