Overview

The Customer Success Manager, Enterprise will act as a trusted advisor to major Enterprise customers, ensuring they maximize the value from the Ceros platform throughout their lifecycle.

In Short

  • Remote position within the US.
  • Base salary between $80,000 - $100,000 with total compensation up to $150,000.
  • Responsible for onboarding new customers and driving adoption and retention.
  • Monitor customer relationships and predict challenges.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to drive renewal rates.
  • Maintain deep understanding of Ceros products.
  • Collaborate with professional services and customer support.
  • Develop strategic plans for internal stakeholders.
  • Identify accounts with low usage and increase adoption.
  • Achieve a customer renewal rate of 90% or higher.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer success/account management in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record in client-facing roles.
  • High degree of organization and proficiency with internal systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
