As an Engagement Manager, you will lead multiple customer onboarding projects, ensuring seamless implementation and measurable success. You will manage around eight client engagements at a time, driving execution, accountability, and communication between all stakeholders. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, and a passion for delivering value. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies, tools, and practices, while developing a deep understanding of the credit union ecosystem.
