Engagement Manager - Remote

Overview

The Engagement Manager will ensure that Cradle’s largest customers achieve success across their entire protein R&D portfolio, building relationships with senior stakeholders and aligning on success metrics.

In Short

• Oversee post-sale success across global biotech and pharma customers.
• Define and track portfolio-level success metrics and ROI.
• Establish and lead steering committees.
• Partner with Account Executives for business expansion.
• Coordinate with Scientific Advisors for project execution.
• Solicit customer feedback to improve Cradle’s offerings.
• Manage multi-workstream engagements.
• Design training initiatives for customers.
• Act as the primary escalation point for enterprise accounts.
• Engage with executive stakeholders and scientists.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years in enterprise client-facing roles.
• Deep understanding of biopharma R&D workflows.
• Proven ability to lead complex programs.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• MSc or advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites (20% of the time).
• Experience managing enterprise SaaS deployments (nice-to-have).
• Familiarity with services commercials (nice-to-have).
• Experience with machine learning applications (nice-to-have).
