Scientific Consultant, Customer Success - Remote

Overview

As a Scientific Advisor within Cradle’s Customer Success team, you will ensure customers achieve success with our software and services, particularly in biotherapeutic and antibody projects.

In Short

• Advise on identifying protein optimisation projects suited to the Cradle platform.
• Help translate scientific goals into objectives for the platform.
• Understand customer assays/workflows and ensure data quality for machine learning.
• Train customers to use Cradle’s platform effectively.
• Collaborate with engineering to optimize protein designs.
• Present reports to help customers interpret platform outputs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Measure customer satisfaction and gather feedback for product improvements.
• Guide product development based on customer needs.

Requirements

• PhD in molecular biology, bioengineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in biopharma, focusing on protein engineering.
• Deep knowledge of the biopharmaceutical R&D process.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
