Overview

The Customer Success Consultant is responsible for ensuring clients effectively adopt and derive value from our SaaS solutions, acting as a client advocate and providing exceptional service.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of clients throughout their customer journey.
  • Interface among sales, implementation, and support to resolve customer issues.
  • Advise customers on best practices for Granicus products.
  • Build strong client relationships through communication plans and account reviews.
  • Analyze client usage data to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Sales on territory expansion plans.
  • Advocate for customers in internal meetings.
  • Maintain knowledge of product policies and industry developments.
  • Monitor customer health scores and engagement metrics.
  • Contribute to churn mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for client relationship building.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
  • Adaptability to different client needs.
  • Knowledge of public sector organizations preferred.
  • Change management experience valued.
