Overview

As a Customer Success Consultant, you are a critical part of our customers’ adoption and ongoing satisfaction of Sophos’ products. You will act as a point-of-contact establishing relationships for efficient onboarding, implementation, and real-time support and strategy.

In Short

  • Own the end-to-end relationships with customers.
  • Connect with key business executives and security and IT stakeholders.
  • Develop an understanding of customers' strategic business needs and goals.
  • Support ongoing adoption and strategy for Sophos products.
  • Ensure customers maximize value from their investment in Sophos products.
  • Facilitate customer renewals.
  • Provide real-time support.
  • Act as a point-of-contact for onboarding and implementation.
  • Leverage customer knowledge and product expertise.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction with Sophos services.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success or related field.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity products and services.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships.
  • Experience in onboarding and implementation processes.
