In Short

  • Build and grow a team of top-performing consultants.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Lead by doing on top strategic accounts.
  • Assist clients in defining their marketplace model and strategy.
  • Provide insights to enterprise corporations.
  • Formulate Quarterly Business Reviews for key stakeholders.
  • Help customers implement complex enterprise SaaS products.
  • Drive consensus and champion change.
  • Adapt to different company cultures.
  • Travel required to be on-site with clients (~30%).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, Master’s degree a plus.
  • 10+ years of operating experience in Direct to Consumer companies.
  • Strong background in eCommerce is essential.
  • Consulting experience is a plus.
  • Experience with eCommerce strategies and procurement processes.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different company cultures.
  • Ability to navigate large client organizations.
  • Previous experience as a team lead is beneficial.
  • Travel required to be on-site with clients (~30%).
