Overview

Mirakl is looking for a Customer Success Consultant to join the B2C team in Munich, who will be the strategic, business and functional referent for Mirakl B2C clients during their project and run phases.

In Short

  • Leverage Mirakl's project methodology to understand client challenges.
  • Help clients understand the Marketplace model and define the right organization.
  • Work closely with clients to set up seller and customer strategies.
  • Train clients in platform use and onboarding.
  • Conduct tailored workshops for clients' key business owners.
  • Build customer-centric action plans post-implementation.
  • Define and analyze KPIs to boost client performance.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to Marketplace teams.
  • Analyze e-commerce trends and benchmark leading Marketplaces.
  • Collaborate with Mirakl team members for a global vision.

Requirements

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Finance.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce or consulting.
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Business-driven with strong analytical skills.
  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Dynamic, autonomous, and proactive personality.
  • Interest in e-commerce and marketplace functionalities.
