In Short

• Manage multiple Tech and/or G&A positions autonomously.
• Understand the needs of Hiring Managers and construct recruitment processes.
• Study the market to adapt searches and source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Conduct quality CV screenings and candidate calls to send only the best through the process.
• Evaluate candidates via video or in-person using the STAR Method.
• Analyze recruitment processes to identify solutions and overcome barriers.
• Utilize the GreenHouse ATS to ensure data quality and traceability.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, with Tech recruitment being a plus.
• Experience in scale-up environments and SaaS solutions.
• Enjoy working in teams and sharing best practices.
• Ability to adopt methodologies and processes.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
• Action-oriented approach to recruit efficiently and resolve issues.
