Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR.
• Ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
• Preferred: 4-year degree from an accredited college or university.
• Preferred: Experience with ATS and background vendor.
• Preferred: Proficiency in managing requisitions and candidates through ATS.
