Talent Acquisition Specialist - Remote

Overview

This position is fully remote and available ONLY for applicants living in countries in Central America and Mexico, including Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Recruiting department and oversee our full cycle recruiting needs, with a focus on contract hires. This will be a global role where you will hire candidates internationally to work across various functions and departments.

In Short

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs
• Determine candidate selection criteria with hiring managers
• Source potential candidates through online channels
• Plan interview and selection procedures
• Assess candidate information using our Applicant Tracking System
• Help craft job descriptions and structured interview questions
• Assist in employer branding initiatives
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants
• Create and present TA Metrics to HR Lead Team
• Conduct research, reporting analysis and special projects

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Familiarity with social media and professional networks
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of various roles within organizations
• Ability to work on roles with ambiguous requirements
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions
• Fluent in English
