Talent Development Specialist - Remote

Overview

This position is fully remote and available ONLY for applicants living in countries in Central America and Mexico, including Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama. We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Talent Development Specialist to join our growing, fully remote team. This role is key to enhancing employee performance, supporting HR strategy, and fostering a culture of continuous learning across a global workforce. You'll design, implement, and deliver impactful learning experiences that empower our employees and align with business objectives.

In Short

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging, scalable training programs tailored to a diverse, remote workforce.
• Conduct learning needs assessments to identify skills gaps and align development initiatives with business goals.
• Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and team-specific trainings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with department leaders and HR Business Partners to support employee growth and performance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and data to continuously optimize program design.
• Contribute to the development, communication, and implementation of internal HR policies and resources.
• Support broader People & Culture initiatives related to performance, engagement, and career development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or Human Resources.
• Experience designing training for remote or globally distributed teams.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate feedback and data into actionable insights.
• Understanding of LATAM labor practices is a plus.
• Background in instructional design or adult learning theory is a bonus.
