Talent Acquisition Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will deliver the end-to-end recruitment process including role intakes with hiring teams, posting of job advertisements, strategic sourcing, recruitment interviews, contract and job offer generation, onboarding and hiring updates.

In Short

• High volume application review.
• Strategic sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Providing seamless and timely candidate communication.
• Managing candidates through the selection process up to the onboarding stage.
• Daily management of the ATS Greenhouse.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the process.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Collaborate with a wider People & Culture team as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in KYC, fraud detection, or account verification preferred.
• Customer service experience with strong communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to use multiple tools and systems for account verification.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
