Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the full life-cycle recruitment process to hire top talent and fuel the company's growth in renewable energy solutions.

• Assist in optimizing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows.
• Coordinate job postings and maintain brand presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related area preferred.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience in renewable energy.
• Proficiency using various ATS and recruiting systems.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgement and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Deadline-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Must be adaptable and a self-motivated team player.
