Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a high-growth environment.
• Proven success in recruiting across diverse roles and industries.
• Experience hiring in Cyprus, Spain, Poland, and Ukraine is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with ATS systems (Ashby preferred).
• A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
