Overview

We are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support talent acquisition efforts for our manufacturing operations at Avery Dennison. This hybrid role involves collaborating with site business leaders to implement effective recruiting strategies and fill various open positions.

• Partner with site business leaders and hiring teams.
• Implement recruiting strategies for North American operations.
• Lead divisional talent acquisition projects.
• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for hourly positions.
• Utilize ATS and sourcing tools creatively.
• Collaborate with HR to forecast hiring needs.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with client groups.
• Enhance recruiting processes for candidate experience.
• Analyze hiring trends using data-driven insights.
• Ensure positive candidate experiences through communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience using an ATS is required.
• 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Knowledge of OFCCP & EEO guidelines.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
