Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process and provide a world-class candidate experience while helping Fever democratize access to culture and entertainment.

In Short

• Identify and source high-quality candidates through various channels.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job ads and interviews.
• Work closely with hiring managers to define the recruitment process.
• Provide a world-class candidate experience.
• Communicate feedback effectively to applicants.
• Attend virtual job fairs and e-meetups to spread the Fever message.
• Manage the existing pipeline of candidates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar tech or related industry.
• Proven success in delivering outstanding international tech hires.
• High English and fluent Spanish level; other languages are a plus.
• Residence in Spain.
• Experience working with ATS systems.
• Solid understanding of Fever’s vision and business model.
• Strong networking skills.
