Manager, Engagement - Remote

Overview

The Manager, Engagement is responsible for the successful delivery of client programs for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through effective team leadership and innovative analytics.

In Short

• Lead commercial analytics engagement teams and manage client relationships.
• Plan and organize engagement teams for insightful analyses and recommendations.
• Deliver high-quality deliverables in collaboration with Offshore teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals.
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members.
• Contribute to data & analytics practice development.
• Manage external relationships with clients and vendors.
• Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Travel requirement: less than 10%.
• Work hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution in a relevant field.
• 6+ years in Commercial Analytics or Healthcare consulting.
• Leadership experience in managing analytics teams.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Experience in proposal development for new projects.
• Knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Experience with Patient Level data and analytics tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Preferred: Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, MD) and experience in top management consulting firms.
